Professionals and business people from organisations including Barclays, Custom Audio Designs, East Hants District Council, Treloar College, The Police, J.B Corrie & Co, VT Land, ATC Lasham, Connexions and Neural Technologies Ltd all attended the programme to interview the Year 11 students, who were due to be leaving school in approximately 16 weeks.

"The interview process is something that is daunting for most of us" said Jacqui Ranger, Project Manager at FP, "this initiative allows the students the opportunity to meet with real employers and practise their interview skills. They also have the chance for a frank discussion with the interviewer and gain valuable advice to help improve their technique for the future"
